There is a wide range of training and development opportunities for Early Years practitioners in Trafford.  These include central training to support best Early Years practice and tailor-made in-service workshops, delivered by Early Years advisory and SEN staff.  Course booklets are sent to all settings three times per year.

All schools and settings receive an early years training booklet each term.  Courses and workshops are listed under the Five Outcomes from Every Child Matters:

1. Keeping Healthy
2. Staying Safe
3. Enjoying and Achieving
4. Making a Positive Contribution
5. Achieving Economic Well being

Courses need to be booked through Sure Start training administration.  Details in course booklet.
